Ingredients

  • Stuffing:
  • 4 double-thick pork chops
  • 1 slice of bread per pork chop, cut into pieces
  • 1 egg per pork chop
  • 5 oz canned corn with juice
  • some apple pieces
  • 1/2 tspsage

Preparation

Step 1

Mix stuffing ingredients together. Slit side of pork chops. Stuff into slit.

Bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
