Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 or 3 T. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 beaten egg

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, shape into 1 ½ balls. Cook in skillet, turning occasionally over med. heat. When brown, remove from skillet & drain fat.
Sweet & Sour Sauce: ½ c. brown sugar, packed; 1 T. cornstarch; 1 -13 oz. can pineapple chunks; ⅓ c. vinegar; 1 T. soy sauce; 1 green pepper, coursely chopped.
Mix brown sugar & corn starch in skillet, stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar & soy sauce. Heat to boil. Add meatballs. Cover, simmer 10 min. Add green pepper, simmer 5 min
