Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 bone in pork chops, totaling about 2 lbs
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 5 cups thinly sliced potatoes, from about 3-4 potatoes
- 3 cups sliced onions, from about 2-3 onions
- 10 3/4 oz can lower sodium lower fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cup water

Step 1
1. Pour oil into skillet
2. place flour in shallow dish. Dredge chops in flour
3. Two at a time, place chops in oil in skillet over medium high heat. Do not crowd pan or chops will seam in their juices rather than browning
4. Brown 2-3 minutes on each side, just until crust forms. Move browned chops to foil covered dish and keep warm while browning rest of chops.
5. Place sliced potatoes and onions into well greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
6. In a bowl, mix soup and water together until smooth
7. Pour sauce over potatoes
8. place browned pork chops on top
9. Bake, covered at 350 for 45 minutes.
10. Remove cover from baking dish. Continue baking 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
