Ingredients
- ~~ -- Crust -- ~~
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Walnut ; chopped
- OR
- Graham cracker crust
- ~~ -- Filling -- ~~
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool whip
- 2 sm. pkg. Instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cup Milk
- Cool whip

Preparation
Step 1
Crust
Melt butter and combine with other ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool
Filling
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread in colled crust.
Mix 2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk. Pour over cheese mixture. When pudding is set, spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
