Ingredients
- ~~ -- Crust -- ~~
- 1 box Sweibachs, vanilla wafers or graham crackers ; grated
- 3/4 stick Butter ; melted
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ~~ -- Cake -- ~~
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 pint Sour cream
- 1/2 pint Heavy cream
- 24 ounce Cream cheese ; softened

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Combine all ingredients and press in bottom or cheesecake pan.
Cake:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add vanilla and cream cheese and beat until most large
lumps are gone. Add sour cream and beat. Add sweet heavy cream and beat more.
Pour into spring form pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for another 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
