Really Good Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. beef chuck (or stew) cut in chunks
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pack of beef stew seasoning (McCormick)
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. baby carrot
- 1 large (vidalia) onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. Gravy Mastea

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place meat in crock pot.
2. Combine flour, salt & pepper. Sprinkle over meat & stir to coat meat with flour. Mix beef stew seasoning with water & pour over meat.
3. Add remaining ingredients & stir to mix well. Cover & cook on low about 10 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
