Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. beef chuck (or stew) cut in chunks
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pack of beef stew seasoning (McCormick)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. baby carrot
  • 1 large (vidalia) onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. Gravy Mastea

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place meat in crock pot.
2. Combine flour, salt & pepper. Sprinkle over meat & stir to coat meat with flour. Mix beef stew seasoning with water & pour over meat.
3. Add remaining ingredients & stir to mix well. Cover & cook on low about 10 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
