- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1 SMALL RED ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN, DRAINED
- 10 CORN TORTILLAS (6 INCH) , CUT INTO 1 INCH STRIP
- 1 BOTTLE (8 OZ) TACO SAUCE (OR SALSA)
- 1-1/4 C SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- HOT PEPPER SAUCE

Step 1
IN A LARGE SKILLET, COOK BEEF AND ONION OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL MEAT IS NO LONGER PINK: DRAIN. ADD THE CORN, TORTILLAS, TACO SAUCE AND I C CHEESE--HEAT THROUGH. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CHEESE. SERVE WITH PEPPER SAUCE IF DESIRED.
