Ingredients
- 2 15-oz. cans small white beans (with liquid)
- 2 Tbls. water
- 1 Tbls. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar (100 g.)
- 2 Tbls. white vinegar (24 g.)
- 4 tsp. minced fresh onion (17 g.)
- 2 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- dash garlic powded

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Pour entire contents of two 15-oz. cans of beans into a covered casserole dish.
3. Combine water with cornstarch in a small bowl until cornstarch dissolves. Stir mixture into beans.
4. Stir remaining ingredients into beans & cover dish.
5. Bake for 90 min. or until sauce thickens. Stir every 30 min.. Let beans sit for 5 to 10 min. after removing them from oven before serving
