Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 4 cups cold cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups celery
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 small jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the above ingredients, except topping ingredients, and spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with the topping ingredients and let stand covered overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
