Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 cup water
- 10 Med. Potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 lb or 2 links of smoked Sausage or Kielbasa
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- Paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss sliced potatoes in 1/2 tsp cream of tartar & 1 cup water.
2. Drain. Put half of sausage, potatoes & onions in crockpot.
3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, then grate cheese.
Repeat with remaining half.
4. Spoon undiluted soup over top, sprinkle with paprika.
5. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs. (Hight:4 hrs.)
