Ingredients

  • 1 bag Simply Hashbrown Potatoes (refrig. Section)
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. ham
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1/2 tsp Lowry's seasoning salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put hashbrowns in 9 X 13" glass pan. Drizzle butter over & bake at 425º for 25 min.
Mix ham & cheeses & pour over potatoes.
Beat 4 eggs, cream & Lowry's salt. Pour over ham & cheese.
Bake at 350º for 30 min. or until lightly brown & bubbly. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
