Ingredients
- Cake
- 1 Box chocolate cake (Dunkin Hines DK chocolate fudge)
- 1 small pkg instant choc. pudding (royal dark and sweet)
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- Icing
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 small pkg cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cake ingrediants together. Bake on a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper and bake according to package directions. When cooled, cut in half and freeze half so it can be put on top of iced bottom half.
Icing:
heat 1 cup milk in a sauce pan. Add pudding and mix until VERY THICK. Cover with wax paper and cool in fridge. Meanwhile, in a mixer, beat together 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening. Add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla. Add in cooled pudding
double recipe:
Do not double at once! You will need two sheet pans lined with waxed paper. Stack whole cakes with icing in middle.
