Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 heaping t. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter (softened)
- 3-4 T. milk
- 2 t. vanilla
- Crushed salted peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
Warm cream and milk til hot.
Beat together sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder.
Add hot mik/cream ixture over egg/sugar mixture and stir.
Add 2 c. flour.
Pour into well-greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
Remove and cool on wire rack.
When completely cool, cut into squares and frost with icing on all sides and roll in peanuts.
Serve or freeze.
