Ingredients
- 9 ” pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cream or milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 T. flour
- 2 1/2 c. diced rhubarb

Step 1
Beat eggs lightly & add salt & sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla, cream, & flour. Fold in rhubarb & pour into crust. Bake at 400° for 15 min.; & then at 350° for 45 min. longer.
