Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. burger 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped finely
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies (drained)
  • 4 fat free 10" flour tortillas
  • 2 c. shredded Montery Jack
  • cheese (8 oz.)
  • 8 oz. fat free refried beans
  • (1/2 16 oz. can)
  • 1/2 c. med. hot Pace salsa
  • sour cream as desired

Step 1

Cook burger, onions, & garlic in skillet over med heat. Drain. Stir in green chilies & set aside. Heat oven to 400°. Spray 10 in. bowl or pie plate. Place 1 tortilla in bowl. Spread half of burger mixture over tortilla. Sprinkle with half of cheese. Place 1 tortilla on cheese. Spread beans on tortilla. Place 1 tortillaon beans. Spread salsa on tortilla. Place 1 tortilla on salsa. Put remaining burger mixture on tortilla & sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover & bake at 400° for 40 min. Uncover & bake another 15 min. Cool 10 min. Serve with more salsa & sour cream as desired. ⅛ piece is 270 calories.
