Ingredients
- 24 ounce can of sauerkraut
- 8 ounce jar of applesauce
- 2 pounds Kielbasa sausage
- 12 ounce bottle of beer
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in a slow-cooker in the order listed. Cook at low for 6-7 hours or at high for 4-5 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
