Ingredients
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) flavored gelatin (raspberry or lime best)
- 6 c. boiling water
- 2 cans (46 oz. Ea.) pineapple juice
- 4 bottles (1 Liter ea.) ginger ale, chilled

Step 1
In 6 quart container, combine sugar & gelatin powder. Add boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add pineapple juice. Mix well. Pour into plastic containers & freeze at least 24 hours.
An hour before serving, put out containers to thaw slightly. Empty containers into large punch bowl. Break mixture into chunks with a wooden spoon. Add ginger ale; mix to a slushy consistency.
