Ingredients
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 -15 oz. Can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3/4 t. ground cinnamon
- 1 unbaked 9" pie crust
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Whipped Cream

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º F. In med. Mixing bowl combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, & cinnamon; mix well. Pour into piecrust. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake for 50 to 55 min. until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate within 2 hrs.; cover. Top with whipped cream.
