- 2 tblsp brown sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Coarse sprinkling sugar to finish

Step 1
Pre bake crust approx 20 minutes. Cool. Por filling into crust and bake at 325* for about 1 hour to set. Sprinkle with sanding sugar.
