Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Suet
- 1 cup Molasses
- 1 cup Raisins and/or currents, citron or nuts
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Ginger ; just a little bit
- ~~ -- Hard Sauce -- ~~
- Confectioners Sugar
- Butter
- Vanilla ; just a little

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together. Wet 21 inch square of unbleached muslin. Sprinkle cloth with flour. Place pudding in center and tie - leave air space at top.
Steam for 3 hours.
Remove from muslin. Pour brandy over it and light!
Serve with hard sauce.
