  • 4 large Chicken cutlets
  • 1 jar (6 oz) Marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup Onion ; chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic ; minced
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 cubes Chicken bouillon ; crushed
  • 2 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • Hot noodles

4 large Chicken cutlets
1 jar (6 oz) Marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cup Onion ; chopped
1 clove Garlic ; minced
3/4 cup Water
2 cubes Chicken bouillon ; crushed
2 tablespoon All purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Dill
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/2 cup Sour cream
Hot noodles

Cut meat into 1/2 x 4" pieces. Spoon 2 tablespoons of oil from artichokes into skillet and heat. Add chicken, onion and garlic. Saute over medium heat for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add water and bouillon. Mix flour, dill, mustard into remaining artichoke marinade, mix well and then add to pan. Boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Add artichokes and heat through.

Serve over hot noodles.
