• large bag Baby spinach
• 1 medium Red onion ; sliced
• Bacon ; crisp and crumbled
• Mushroom ; sliced
• Eggs ; hard boiled and sliced
• 1/2 cup bean sprouts, optional
• ~~ -- Dressing -- ~~
• 2/3 cup Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Celery seed
• 3 tablespoon Mustard ; yellow
• 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup White vinegar
• ~~ -- Another Dressing -- ~~
• 1 cup Vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup Ketchup
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 small Onion ; diced
• Salt & pepper ; to taste
