Ingredients
- 1 1/4 tsp olive oil
- 3/4 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
- 2/3 c dry Marsala wine
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet over med high heat, heat the oil
Add the onion and saute for 5 minutes
Add the chicken and cook on each side for 5 minutes
Add the wine and cook for about 4 minutes until the wine looks syrupy.
In a small cup, dissolve the cornstarch in the stock
Add to the chicken and cook until the sauce is thickened about 2 minutes Add salt and pepper to taste
