Ingredients
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves (4 oz. Ea.)
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 T. plus 1 t. olive oil, divided
- (or can use butter)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t. ground pepper
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375º F. Place flour in shallow dish. Sprinkle chicken with salt; coat with flour. Heat 2 T. olive oil in large skillet over med-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook, turning once, until golden, 2-4 min. per side. Remove chicken from skillet; place in a 13 X 9" baking dish.
2. Heat remaining olive oil in same skillet over med. Heat until hot. Add garlic & onion; cook till tender; 1-2 min. Increase heat to med.-high; add whipping cream, Parmesan, & pepper. Cook until sauce is bubbly & slightly thickened, 2-3 min. Spoon sauce over chicken in dish.
3. Bake chicken till thermometer reads 180º F., 8-12 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
