Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cold water (divided)
- 1 c. raisins (more if desired)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. butter
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 3 T. cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Cover raisins with 1 c. water & cook until done. Add sugar & brown sugar. Dissolve cornstarch in ½ c. cold water & add to raisins. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, butter, & lemon peel. Stir. Serve with baked ham. Makes about 2 c.. About 40 calories in 2 T.
