- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 1/2 c. 2 % evaporated milk
- 1 (14.75 oz.) can cream-style corn
- (can add carrots, ham, green onions, cheese)

1. Place potatoes in a large pot with water to cover. Stir in onions. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to medium-low & simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 min..
2. Stir in evaporated milk & corn. Heat through, about 10 min.. Serve.
