Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 1/2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped (1 large apple)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 3/4 tea. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Step 1
Combine sweet potatoes, apples and chicken broth in a 5 qt. slow cooker. cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until potatoes are tender; drain, discarding broth.
Add whipping cream and next 4 ingredients; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and blended. Stir in pecans.
