Ingredients
- 1 1/2 peeled yukon gold potatoes
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp light sour cream
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 carrot

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boild peeled potatoes until tender.
2. Drain and return potatoes until tender. Stir in grated garlic and all other ingredients. Mash adding more milk if required.
3. Grate in one carrot.
