Ingredients
- 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans of chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) cans Cajun style stewed tomatoes
- 3 T. Fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 2 t. Chili powder
- 1/2 t. Ground cumin
- 1/4 t. Ground red pepper
- 1 & 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 T. Half and half
- Garnish: shredded cheese, green onion chopped, and chips.

Preparation
Step 1
Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat; add chicken and next 4 ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Garnish!
