Ingredients
- Beef:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 4-ounce beef tenderloin steaks
- cooking spray
- Sauce:
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Beef:
1. Preheat grill.
2. Combine first five ingredients; rub mixture over steaks. Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes of each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Sauce:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with steak.
