  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 C vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat waffle iron - per manufacturer's instructions

Separate eggs and whip whites until soft peaks form. In separate bowl, blend yoks, milk, salt, sugar and baking powder.

Add vegetable oil, making sure not to over mix.

Fold in egg whites and mix well with fork or whisk.

lightly oil waffle piron. Pour 1/2 C batter. Close waffle iron and cook according to instructions. repeat with remaining batter.
