Ingredients
- Beef Steak cut into Thin Slices
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/3 Cup Soya Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Tabasco
- 1/4 Cup Beef Stock
- 1 Package Oriental Noodles
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Cups Bean Sprouts
- 4 Green Onions

Step 1
Sprinkle beef with garlic and half cornstarch. Combine soya sauce, lemon, Tabasco, and pepper. Add 2 Tbsp. of mixture to beef and toss. Let stand for 10 minutes. Whisk beef stock and remaining cornstarch into mixture. Heat oil. Stir fry beef. Transfer to bowl. Reduce heat, add sauce, noodles and sprouts. Cover and cook until hot and thick. Add beef and green onions. Toss.
