Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup mini bow-tie pasta, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 oz smoked turkey dinner sausage, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of red pepper flakes
- 2 diced tomatoes (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup Italian cheese blend (can also use mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, plus more for garnish
- salt & pepper, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.
Drain pasta and set aside.
Heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add sausage and cook until browned.
Add onion and garlic and cooked until onions are tender.
Add red pepper flakes.
Stir in tomatoes and heavy cream.
Bring to a simmer and simmer until sauce is thickened.
Stir in cooked pasta
Stir in cheese and parsley.
Taste add salt and pepper if desired.
