2 Regular Or Whole Wheat Pita Breads
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Clove Garlic -- Crushed Through A Pre
Kosher Salt
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Use a small knife or kitchen scissors to cut around the rim of each of the pita breads and separate in half to create four circles.
3. Combine the olive oil and garlic in a small bowl; lightly brush on the surface of the bread. Sprinkle with a little salt, if desired. Stack the circles of bread and cut the stack into pie-shaped wedges.
4. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
