- 1 LARGE CAN OF CLAMS (OR 3 SMALL CANS)
- 2 POTATOES PEELED AND CHOPPED
- 1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 1 (14.5 OUNCE) CAN ITALIAN-STYLE DICED TOMATOES
- ADD TOMATO JUICE IF NEEDED

Step 1
COMBINE CLAM JUICE, TOMATOES, PEPPERS, ONIONS, BLACK PEPPER IN LARGE SAUCEPAN. HEAT TO A BOIL AND REDUCE HEAT. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER ABOUT 15 MINUTES.
ADD CLAMS AND HEAT THROUGH.
