  • 1 LARGE CAN OF CLAMS (OR 3 SMALL CANS)
  • 2 POTATOES PEELED AND CHOPPED
  • 1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  • 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 (14.5 OUNCE) CAN ITALIAN-STYLE DICED TOMATOES
  • ADD TOMATO JUICE IF NEEDED

Step 1

COMBINE CLAM JUICE, TOMATOES, PEPPERS, ONIONS, BLACK PEPPER IN LARGE SAUCEPAN. HEAT TO A BOIL AND REDUCE HEAT. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER ABOUT 15 MINUTES.
ADD CLAMS AND HEAT THROUGH.
