Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup butter/margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh (or frozen whole) raspberries
- 3/4 cup diced, peeled cooking apple
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 3 tbsp cold butter(or hard margarine)

Preparation
Step 1
Measure first 4 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in centre.
Combine next 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add to well.
Add raspberries and apple. Stir until just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups full.
TOPPING:
Combine flour, brown sugar and allspice in small bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle on batter. Bake in 375 oven for about 25 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre of muffin comes out clean.
