- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 3 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lemon-flavor olive oil or extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper

Preparation: Makes about ¾ cup dressing
Mix basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic together in small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
