Ingredients
- 5 cups green beans(can use canned)
- 3 cups chopped onions
- garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet coated with oil and garlic. Add onions, sugar, salt, pepper. Saute 8 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add vinegar, basil, oregano. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Arrange beans in baking dish coated with spray. Top with onion mixture. Arrange tomatoes on top of onion mixture.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
