Ingredients
- 16-oz. package shredded Monterey Jack
- and Cheddar cheeses
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Put half the cheese in the bottom of a greased 8 X 8-inch glass pan. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and salsa together. Pour on top of the cheese and add remaining cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
