Ingredients
- 6 c chicken broth
- 1 lb ham steak, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 ribs celery, diced
- 6 thyme sprigs
- 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed

Preparation
Step 1
In a pot, simmer all ingredients except beans over medium-high heat 10 minutes.
Add beans; cover and cook 10 minutes.
