Pecan Crusted Fish or chicken

Ingredients
- Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi
- 1 1 1 pound Mahi Mahi (Easily cut into four servings)
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup chopped Pecans
- 2 2 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour (Carbquick will work too)
- 2 2 2 Tbsp Half n Half
- 1 1 1 Egg, beaten
- 2 2 2 Tbsp Brown Diabetisweet
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Mix of Olive Oil and Sesame Oil, or Olive Oil and butter
- Gently peel off the Mahi Mahi skin. It should all peel right off. Slice the Mahi into four equal sized portions. Rinse and pat dry.
- Pulverize or finely chop pecans in mini prep. Add brown Diabetisweet, Coconut flour and Cayenne, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- 4 on each side for about 4 minutes.
- to was absolutely to die for. I am NOT a big fish fan, at all....but this was so mild, sweet with a hint of "kick", it was a hit.
- If you're a Trader Joe's fan, stop by and pick up some of their fresh Mango Salsa...OMG, the bomb. Naturally low in carb, and a couple tablespoons on each filet would be delish.
