Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3/4 lb (375 g) large uncooked shrimp, peeled
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and gently simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another frying pan, heat remaining oil over medium/high heat.
Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink.
Add wine and then stir into tomato sauce.
Stir in feta, turn into serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
