Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 6 cloves garlic
- 12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup Kraft Sundried Tomato & Oregano Dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes and onions into 1-inch wedges.
Cut peppers into strips.
Peel and halve garlic.
Add chicken thighs to vegetables and toss with dressing.
Spread in a single layer in a greased pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 30 minutes.
Stir and turn chicken thighs.
Cook for 20 minutes longer.
