Ingredients
- 2 Packages Instant Chocolate Pudding, prepared according to directions on box
- 1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix, prepared according to directions on box
- 2 Regular-sized tubs of Cool Whip or 16 ounces whipped cream
- 1 Package Chocolate-Covered Heath Toffee Bits or 2 chocolate toffee candy bars, crushed into bits

Preparation
Step 1
In a big, DEEP bowl:
1. Crumble half of the cake.
2. Spread half of the pudding on top of the cake.
3. Spread half of the whipped cream on top of the pudding layer.
4. Sprinkle half of the bag of Heath bits.
5. Repeat steps 1-4.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
