Crazy Cake
I have been making this recipe for as long as I can remember. You can have a snack in less than an hour and only clean 1 bowl. This is a very moist chocolate cake that contains no egg or milk, so it is good for those who are allergic to those things, as well as vegans.

- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 T-1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (unflavored)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add all of the dry ingredients to a bowl, and mix them together to remove any lumps.
2. Make 3 holes in the dry ingredients. Add the vinegar and vanilla.
3. Pour the water over the whole thing and and mix.
4. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan, and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
