  • Butter cake mix baked in 3 thin layers. Remove from pans & cooled.
  • 1 C. water
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 2 ½ pts. unwhipped whipping cream
  • 2 (6-oz) pkgs frozen coconut
  • ● Cook water and sugar until spins a thread
  • ● Add the 2 ½ pts unwhipped whipping cream, and 2 6-oz pkgs. frozen coconut.
