- Coconut Icing:
- Butter cake mix baked in 3 thin layers. Remove from pans & cooled.
- 1 C. water
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 ½ pts. unwhipped whipping cream
- 2 (6-oz) pkgs frozen coconut
- ● Cook water and sugar until spins a thread
- ● Add the 2 ½ pts unwhipped whipping cream, and 2 6-oz pkgs. frozen coconut.
