Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- peach slices (fresh, canned or frozen)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder,salt, 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter til crumbly. Place in a 9x13 pan and pat down.
Place peach slices in rows on crust and sprinklewith remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees - 15 min
mix egg yolks and cream well and pour over kuchen. bake 30 min ENJOY !
