Garlic Butter

Ingredients

• Metric Ingredient Imperial
• 500 g butter 1 lb
• 1 head garlic cloves, peeled & crushed 1
• 5 ml lemon juice 1 tsp
• 3 worcestershire sauce 3
• 3 drops tabasco sauce 3
• 30 ml parmesan cheese, grated 2 tbsp
• 5 ml dried parsley flakes 1 tsp
• salt & pepper to taste -

Preparation

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, cheese and parsley. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Store in covered container in the refrigerator and use as needed.
