  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. evaportated milk
  • salt & pepper taste
  • Garnish: additional butter, fresh chives

Preparation

Step 1

Cover potatoes with water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended and creamy. Garnish as desired.
